Dear creator of this website!
It's a great work you have done! Thank you!
I've been writing on my paper on "Ethnobotany in Ethiopia" and found this website by chance, where I got some information on Vernonia filigera.
It's excellent how you have included the important links and topics on this website, very informativ.
best regards
Mirjam

Great to see a website devoted to the flora of Ethiopia!
I live in Australia and work in plant conservation/ natural area restoration. I am particulary interested in the flora of the Horn of Africa Region, of which there is little information available online. I was suprised to see this website, it looks like Ethiopia might be leading the way in the region!
It would be great to come and meet some of you one day.
Josh.

Selam Abiyot,
Million thanks to you and your team for the excellent news, great ideas and website (for which you guys must have toiled a lot!) and very kind words about me. Your kind words mean a lot to me, and I feel very much honored! I am only trying to fulfill my professional obligations!
I am also extremely delighted to see some of our colleagues benefiting and, even excelling, from my various modest contributions and the e-mail messages that I am forwarding once in a while.
I am sure that the website will contribute a lot to advancing our networking/synergy, knowledge, skills and generation of solutions to problems on various issues related to the Flora of Ethiopia.
We are also very proud of you for this genius initiative and, please, keep-up the excellent work!!!
With my very best regards,

Dear Abiyot,
Thank you very much for that excellent news. Highly appreciated. I have looked at the web site and found very good.
I have two minor comments:
1. Is the number of vascular plants still 6000 - 7000? Please check. I think the National Herbarium has finalized the documentation and you may refer to the recent data there.
2. Vegetation types of Ethiopia 8? I do not think there is a general agreement in general but so far there are 9 in many documents and 10 in the NBSAP. At least it was not reported as 8. So you need to check.
Finally, job well done and appreciated.
